• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Follow all posted safety signs and instructions for all rides and attractions.
• Listen to and cooperate with slide attendants.
• Proper swimwear made of nylon, lycra, or synthetic material is mandatory for hygiene and safety.

Personal Belongings

• Please avoid bringing valuables. Waterville Waterpark is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Rental lockers are available for safely storing your belongings.

Health and Well-Being

• Guests feeling unwell are advised not to use the facilities.
• Individuals with medical conditions should consult their doctor before participating in water activities.

Tips for Visiting While on Your Period

• Use a tampon or menstrual cup, both of which are safe for swimming.
• Change your tampon every 4–6 hours.
• Consider wearing a dark-colored swimsuit for added comfort.
• Carry extra menstrual products in case of emergency.

Behavior and Respect

• Treat fellow guests and staff with kindness and respect.
• Running, pushing, or rough play is strictly prohibited.
• Offensive language or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Food and Beverage

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted, unless required for special dietary or medical needs.
• Guests can enjoy a wide range of food and beverage options available on-site.

Weather Policy

• For guest safety, certain attractions may close temporarily in case of bad weather.
• No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for weather-related closures.

Photography and Media

• By entering the park, you consent to the use of your image in promotional materials.
• Respect others' privacy. Do not take photos of others without permission.
• DSLR cameras, drones, and selfie sticks are strictly prohibited within the park.

Lost and Found

• Please report any found items to the nearest park staff member.
• Lost belongings can be claimed at the Helpdesk next to the Turnstile/Park Entry.
• The park is not responsible for unclaimed or lost items.

Park Rules

• Follow all posted rules and instructions from staff.
• Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests who violate park policies.

• Valid for 1 complimentary entry upon the purchase of 4 regular tickets at the ticket counter (offline) in a single transaction by the same individual.
• Offer valid only on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Not applicable on weekends, holidays, or special events.
• Food and beverages are not included with the voucher.
• Cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.
• Valid until 28th February 2026.
• Original physical voucher must be presented along with the receipt for 4 paid entries. Photocopies or digital versions will not be accepted.
