• All individuals, packages, parcels, attire, and other belongings are subject to screening and security checks both upon entry to the Park and within its confines.
• Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, and considered void if damaged.
• Customers will incur charges for any damages to the property or belongings of Water Ville.
• Cameras equipped with detachable lenses are prohibited within the park; any images captured with such cameras will be promptly deleted by park management.
• We kindly request that you enjoy all rides responsibly and adhere to the instructions provided by the attendants. Failure to comply or engage in arguments will result in immediate expulsion from the park without a refund. "Water Ville" is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions.
• Smoking, tobacco use, e-cigarettes, or any other vapor or smoke-producing products are permitted only in designated smoking areas.
• We urge you to follow the first aid instructions provided by the medical team in the event of any accidents.
• All Guests are reminded to supervise their children at all times. Guests under 14 years old must be accompanied by individuals over 14 years old to enter the park. While attendants are present for safety, the responsibility for the safety of young or weak swimmers lies with parents or guardians.
• We ask our patrons not to partake in water activities if they are allergic to skin-related issues. Additionally, wearing masks or caps during rides or games is prohibited. Management bears no responsibility for skin infections or accidents resulting from such attire or issues.
• Proper swimwear must be worn at all times while utilizing the water park's slides. Inappropriate attire, such as underwear, transparent swimwear, or non-swimming attire, will necessitate a change to suitable swimwear or attire.
• Toddlers entering the water must be outfitted with waterproof diapers only.
• Guests with disabilities or special needs must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or caretaker.
• Guests must meet the height, weight, and health requirements specified for all rides and attractions.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, back problems, physical or mental illnesses should refrain from using the slides.
• Waterville Park is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
• In the event of technical or electrical issues, water slides may be temporarily closed for safety reasons.

Notes : Cancellations of entry tickets can possible only up to 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit, & 25% cancellation charges shall be applied on the total price paid. No refunds are permitted if cancellations are made within 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit. Partial cancellations or modifications are not possible.

The following items are not permitted within the Park

• Alcoholic beverages, marijuana, tobacco products, or any other substances banned by government regulations.
• Weapons of any kind, objects resembling weapons, or toy guns are strictly prohibited on Park premises.
• Glass containers, with the exception of small containers intended for serving baby food, are not permitted.
• Pets and other animals are not allowed within the Park.
• Any item deemed potentially harmful or disruptive by Park management is prohibited.
• Photography, videography, or recording of any kind for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior authorization.
• Engaging in unsafe acts or behaviour that may hinder the Park's operation or affect its associated facilities is strictly prohibited.

• Vehicle drivers/owners are instructed to maintain a speed limit of 30 km/h at all times within the parking premises.
• Vehicle drivers/owners are liable for any damages to their vehicles or persons resulting from their failure to adhere to the parking terms and conditions.
• Please observe the designated parking lines to ensure safe parking and prevent damage to vehicles or property.
• Vehicle drivers/owners are advised to follow the guidance provided by parking attendants for the safety of their vehicles.
• Parking vehicles on the premises is at the sole risk of the drivers/owners. We do not provide assurances regarding the security of vehicles or their contents.
• We cannot guarantee that unauthorized individuals will not enter the parking area and cause damage to vehicles or engage in criminal activities.
• In the event of damage to another customer's vehicle, the responsible party must promptly inform the management and leave a note on the affected vehicle's windshield with contact details.
• Vehicles left unattended and unreported for more than 24 hours may be handed over to local authorities.
• For security reasons, drivers/owners and all customers are urged not to leave valuables unattended inside their vehicles. "Water Ville" bears no responsibility for any loss or theft of valuables.
• Vehicles parked in passages or at park entrances may be towed by management. Towing charges are the responsibility of the vehicle driver/owner.
• Please refrain from leaving vehicle doors wide open while parked on the premises.
• Parents or guardians are encouraged to accompany children within the parking area for their safety.

• The parking fee constitutes solely the rental for the designated space & "Water Ville" bears no liability for theft or damages to vehicles.
• Vehicle drivers/owners are required to settle the parking fee prior to entering the premises.
• Once paid, parking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Please ensure to present your parking ticket at the exit counter before departing from the premises.
• In the event of a lost parking ticket, vehicle owners risk towing or immobilization until ownership can be verified.
