Influencer Consent

1. The Water Park’s use of created content for promotional purposes across digital and print media.
2. The sharing of influencer-generated content on the Water Park’s social media channels and website.
3. The potential editing or repurposing of content to fit marketing materials while maintaining authenticity.
4. Public tagging and mention of the influencer’s social media handles in promotional content.
5. Collaboration details, including influencer identity, being referenced in marketing communications.

Collaboration Scope

1. You will create and share promotional content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) featuring the Water Park on your social media platforms.
2. Content must align with the Water Park’s brand image and guidelines.
3. The agreed-upon number of posts and frequency will be outlined in a separate agreement.
